Awards for the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival Event in Los Angeles have been announced. The documentary, Bay Area Ghosts, has been officially awarded Documentary Honorable Mention (2nd Place). There were a total of 178 entries in the festival event in Los Angeles. In the documentary category, there were a total of 35 documentary entries with only seven documentary awards given out, and the Bay Area Ghosts television production company is very pleased to have received one of these seven prestigious awards. The Bay Area Ghosts production was shown again at the festival’s New York event on Saturday, November 8, at the Village East Cinemas in New York City, and received rave reviews from critics and distributors.
